Bill Baughman
Now an independent consultant, Bill brings knowledge as a senior executive, marketer and market researcher. He has built and led new businesses for John Hancock, Bankers’ Trust and Scudder. He was head of Research and Strategic Planning at both Schwab and Fidelity.

Sue Ellen Bohac
Sue Ellen advises us on issues relating to research. As President and Founder of The Alcott Group, a consulting firm specializing in developing strategic marketing frameworks for companies based on innovative research techniques. Her clients include CPG, Food and Entertainment, Technology, Health Care Companies across multiple consumer targets, in the U.S. and abroad. Prior to founding her company in 1994, she spent ten years at Kraft/General Foods and three years at Tatham-Laird & Kudner.

Belle Frank
Belle brings expertise as a branding guru to our Board. As E.V.P., Group Planning Director, Young & Rubicam. Belle leads strategic efforts for health care and women’s well being clients (including Abbott, Astra Zeneca, Weight Watchers and Dannon). She was a primary force behind the development of Y&R’s Brand Asset Valuator, a worldwide proprietary research tool. She holds a B.A. from Tufts, a Masters degree from Harvard and has completed coursework towards her PhD in Measurement from Columbia.

Jim Hood
Jim brings us experience in strategic marketing, general management and consulting. He spent 15 years at Young & Rubicam managing a wide range of accounts and service as director of business development. He served as Chief Marketing Officer for two major investment banks and was founder/CEO of PaineWebber/Y&R Ventures, an innovative finance plus marketing advisory firm. Currently Jim is a partner at Bray+Hood+Associates, a marketing innovations consultancy. He sits on the board of New World Restaurant Group, a 450-store chain of “quick casual” restaurants and is the co-founder/CEO of HipCricket, a mobile marketing start-up company. He is also active in the Harvard Business School Community Partners, providing consulting to non-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Harvard (MBA) and Cornell.

Judy Radash
Judy brings creativity and expertise in finance to our team. A Harvard MBA, Judy worked in public finance at Smith Barney and then was a member of the executive team at MBIA, in charge of public affairs. Judy’s passion and personal interests led her to become the administrator of the Christ Church Cathedral, in Hartford CT.

Fran Rodgers
Fran Rodgers brings us experience as a woman business executive. She is the Chair of WFD, Inc., a firm that pioneered a new generation of employee benefits and services. At the time of its sale to Ceridian in 1999, it was one of the largest female owned businesses in the U.S. Fran has deep experiencing overseeing and advising companies, having sat on the Board of Directors of Bank of Boston and Fleet bank, and having served as a trustee of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Barnard College.
